I’ve been with Web.com, and its predecessor Interland, for many years. They are quite reasonably priced, in my opinion, especially as they provide what I want and no more. They do so reliably. My site has been down perhaps once in eight years, and that’s a better average than my ISP in terms of downtime. And I am using both services (the hosting at Web and the ISP locally) to run a business. Which should indicate I can’t afford to have an unreliable hosting service.

Web.com is a good value for what you get and using a coupon can get you a good deal. Stick with smaller sites and avoid trying to max is out with a busy forum or related site.

Very good hosting company and the customer support is good. It really helps when you can talk to a real person about problems that may arise.
